Pre-game PEP-PERMINT rally for your toes!
Happy Saturday everyone!
The sun just popped out of a cloud mass and I see blue sky from my desk! It was a rainy morning here, but we were able to pick up wonderful bags-ful of Appleton's Farmer's Market produce, and I just finished a fabulous lunch with fresh snow-white cauliflower steamed with a tablespoon of blue cheese and mashed with coconut oil--it was fabulous with our steak/red-pepper/spinach saute!
Last week I posted a recipe for a DIY body scrub made with salt. And today I'm in a sweet mood, and I'm gonna make this for my late-afternoon pedicure to kick off the Green Bay Packer's season! I'm ready to stand and sing along with our National Anthem, and my toes are getting pumped for the big game--call this my pre-game PEP-permint rally!
Have a great weekend! Get some fresh air and exercise, drink plenty of water, and enjoy your favorite team! Go Pack, Go!!!
