Retreat to Hawaii!
Start thinking about attending my retreat next year in Hawaii!
What retreat you ask?
A Ho Oponoopono retreat!
A WHAT kind of retreat you ask?
Well, if you've been reading these "eScential news!!!" letters (from like back in December 2014 - hint hint!), you might remember one entitled "Transform your life," where I shared a story of Dr. Hew Len who used the ancient healing method of Ho Oponoopono to transform a mental health clinic in Hawaii. (Find it by going through the Entire blog archive over on the right of this page!)
Singing, speaking, or chanting "I love you" and "thank you" is all you need to do at this point. Just by saying these two phrases aloud (and often) will suffice for now.
Still, you ask, what the heck does this have to do with essential oils? And a Hawaii retreat next year?
Since I offer the "Triology of Good" at the Frontier, you know that oils are only a third of the magic: Journaling and Reiki energy work are the other ingredients that assisted me in becoming my best self, and I've now added Ho Oponoopono to the mix--but since you will be writing this in your journals, it falls under that heading. And I am taking a group of interested souls on a sacred journey to Hawaii next year to "work" on our inner selves with Ho oponoopono.
I just ordered Young Living's "Acceptance" blend and am jazzed to for its arrival, so I might wear it as a perfume and allow its frequency to assist me in furthering my journey inward with Ho Opono opono.
I'll share my story about why I chose this blend at this time in my life in September (as in next month) at Frontier eScential's Ho oponoopono retreat which will be held on Saturday, September 12th, from 1 PM until 4 PM. (More information soon!)
In the meantime, the eScential part of this letter is to inform you of my retreat; to remind you about the archived blog posts that are on the right-hand side of every blog you read; and to pique your curiosity about an ancient Hawaiin healing method that truly transforms lives.
Think about attending this mini retreat. Dream about attending the big one on the Big Island next year! Inhale some Cedarwood or Lavender and sleep on it.....
Until next time,
Love and light, Frontier Sharon :)
